The Company was established in the year 1981 by Dr. Dayanand S. Rao and started manufacturing in 1983 as a contract manufacturer for oral dosage(tablet/capsule) and liquid dosage forms.

The company began with a capacity of 20 million tablets per month and have grown to a capacity of 250+ million tablets and capsules per month.

The company has gained a reputation in the field of contract manufacturing over the years, collaborating with the largest pharmaceutical companies in India, in different dosage forms and also catering to different therapeutic segments.
